5-axis dental milling machine for crowns, bridges, implant components, bars and prosthetic structures in zirconia, metals, PMMA and wax.
RS7 UltraLine is the core of ProdentLab’s digital workflow. It combines simultaneous 5-axis machining, magnetic XYZ drives, a 60,000 rpm spindle and an integrated Renishaw probe in one workstation. Wet milling, a closed 48-tool magazine and in-cycle parameter control reduce post-milling corrections — especially for implant work, CoCr bridges and full-ceramic restorations.
Why do we need this milling machine?
In digital prosthetics, repeatability matters: geometry must move from the CAD/CAM file to the finished restoration without guesswork. RS7 gives us a stable axis, measurement control and production speed on a single workstation.
