Every restoration is manufactured using a structured digital workflow. We receive digital scans or conventional impressions, verify the submitted data and prepare each case using professional CAD/CAM software. Physical models are digitised using the 3Shape Model Scanner before entering the digital production process. Each prosthetic restoration is individually designed according to the patient's clinical situation, occlusal conditions and treatment objectives. How do I submit scans or files?
You can upload .STL files from popular scanners - include PTS from 3Shape and construction info from exocad. No scan? Send a standard impression or model. We scan it in the laboratory with the 3Shape Model Scanner and move the case into the digital workflow.
Do you provide a quotation before production?
Yes. After receiving materials we analyse scope of work, material and deadline, then return with a concrete quote and questions if anything needs clarification.
What types of restorations does ProdentLab manufacture?
We produce implant and tooth-borne restorations, bars, superstructures, custom abutments, splints, surgical guides and 3D-printed elements. At our laboratory in Nysa we use an in-house digital CAD/CAM workflow, including metal milling on the RS7 UltraLine, and ship finished work to practices across Europe.
Can you help select the right material?
Yes. We select technology and material for clinical indications, expected aesthetics, function and occlusal conditions.
How long does production take?
The deadline depends on the type of work and completeness of documentation. After case analysis we provide a realistic turnaround time without blind guessing.
Do you consult on more complex cases?
Yes. For more demanding restorations we discuss the design, photos, aesthetic expectations and technical limitations before production. You do not need your own scanner. From an impression or model we take over the full process: we scan the material in the laboratory with the 3Shape Model Scanner and move the case into the digital workflow.
