Clinical application
Screw-retained and cemented restorations can be used for single implants and multi-unit cases. The design accounts for implant position, emergence profile, soft-tissue support, screw-channel access and occlusal conditions.
What should the clinic provide?
We need full-arch scans with a reliable bite, the correct scan body and details of the implant system, component, material and shade. For aesthetic-zone cases, photographs and information about the desired tissue profile are valuable.
How do we handle the case?
We first verify the scan-body position and data completeness. We then design the restoration, select material and retention, check available space and contacts, and submit critical decisions for approval before production.
