Clinical application
Crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays and onlays are selected according to preparation, available space, loading and the aesthetic objective. The solution may cover a single restoration or a larger segment requiring consistent function and shade.
What should the clinic provide?
The clinic should send a clear scan of the preparation and margins, the opposing arch, bite record, shade and material indication. Facial and intraoral photographs, smile line and target shape are useful for aesthetic work.
How do we handle the case?
We check margins, material clearance, proximal contacts and occlusion. After CAD/CAM design, the restoration is produced in the selected technology, finished and inspected for the details that affect predictable seating.
