Clinical application
Implant bars stabilise extensive removable restorations and allow retention and future servicing to be planned. Geometry is matched to implant positions, available prosthetic space and access for hygiene.
What should the clinic provide?
We need reliable implant positions, a tissue scan, opposing arch and bite, implant-system details and the planned retention elements. An approved tooth set-up or trial denture should also be included when available.
How do we handle the case?
We analyse passive fit, path of insertion, retention space and support for the prosthetic part. The bar is designed with hygienic clearance, critical points are agreed, and the milled structure is checked before delivery.
