What data we collect
This website is informational. We do not run an online store or user accounts. We process personal data only when you provide it to us, for example through the contact form (name, dental office or company name, phone number, email address, message content).
Like most websites, we also automatically record basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) needed for secure and proper operation of the site.
How we use data
- handling enquiries and contact regarding cooperation,
- preparing an offer or fulfilling an order,
- ensuring website security,
- pursuing or defending against claims, if necessary.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest, for example handling enquiries and website security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and your consent for analytics and marketing described below (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who we share data with
Data may be transferred to companies that support us technically, for example hosting, email, IT support, form protection, and when necessary to legal or accounting advisers. After you give marketing consent, data may also be shared with providers of analytics and advertising tools (Google, Meta). We do not sell data and we do not run a newsletter.
How long we keep data
We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle the matter, and then for as long as required by law or for protection against claims. We keep technical data and server logs only as long as necessary for website security.
Cookies
This website uses cookies. Essential cookies (session maintenance, form protection, remembering confirmation of the professional access gate) always work, regardless of marketing consent.
On your first visit we ask you to confirm that you are a dental professional (cookie prodentlab_professional, up to 30 days). We then display a cookie banner with the choice "Necessary only" or "Accept all" (cookie prodentlab_cookie_consent, up to 180 days).
Until you give consent, analytics and advertising tags remain disabled (Google Consent Mode v2). Only after you click "Accept all" do we fully enable the analytics and marketing described below.
Analytics and marketing
With your consent we use the PixelYourSite plugin to manage:
- Google Analytics 4, to measure traffic on the site,
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), to measure advertising effectiveness,
- Google Tag Manager, if configured.
This data (pages visited, traffic source, device information) may be transferred to Google and Meta. Without your consent these tools do not collect data.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, receive a copy, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. For these matters, write to us at lab@iprodent.pl.
