Clinical application
A surgical guide transfers an approved implant plan to the operative field and helps control position, angle and preparation depth. Support type is selected according to the patient’s dental and mucosal conditions.
What should the clinic provide?
We require CBCT data in DICOM format, a current STL scan, the approved implant plan, and system and sleeve information. Imaging and surface data must be complete and suitable for unambiguous alignment.
How do we handle the case?
We align CBCT and scan data, verify the plan and design support, inspection windows and sleeve positions. After approval, the guide is printed, post-processed and checked on a reference model.
