Clinical application
We use 3D printing for models, mock-ups, diagnostic and auxiliary elements, and parts that require fast, repeatable geometry. Printing technology and resin are selected for the intended use.
What should the clinic provide?
Send a valid STL file or the data needed to prepare the model, and specify the application, required accuracy and deadline. If the part interfaces with other components, their dimensions or reference files are also required.
How do we handle the case?
We verify the mesh, scale and surfaces, select orientation and supports, then print and post-process according to the material. After washing and curing, completeness and critical dimensions are checked.
