High-temperature sintering furnace for closing the structure of zirconia after CAD/CAM machining - before layering, staining and assembly in the prosthetic restoration.
MIHM-VOGT HTS-2 closes the digital production chain between milling and ceramics. After dry machining, zirconia requires controlled sintering to achieve target density, strength and dimensional stability. At ProdentLab the furnace runs planned firing programmes matched to the blank type and production strategy – without improvised temperature settings along the way.
Why do we need a sintering furnace like this?
In zirconia prosthetics, final quality depends not only on the mill, but on whether firing runs evenly and predictably. HTS-2 gives us a repeatable stage between CAD/CAM and layered aesthetics.
